Creating Scrollbars in Flash
This tutorial explains how to create simple and advanced scrollers for textboxes in Flash using Actionscript. Static text do not require a scroller, but when text is obtained dynamically either from an external source file or from user input, it sometimes becomes a necessity to have scrollers.
