Creating a Web Button in Adobe Photoshop

Create a new layer. Here are the settings to use for this new image:
Width: 75 pixels
Height: 25 pixels
Resolution: 72 pixels/inch
Color Mode: RGB Color 8 bit
Background Contents: Transparent
Once you’ve done this, create a new layer. Name the new layer Circle.
Let’s now take a look at the Selection tools that are available from the toolbox.
