Feather under the water, a beautiful effect

Yesterday, I watched my favorite movie “Final Fanatas: Advent Children” again, and one of its scenes is the main character’s mobile fall into the water slowly, and the scene continued with the animation of the phone under the water. And, bum, a new photoshop tutorial has come, but this time will be a feather instead.
